The Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee serves as UECUL’s internal watchdog, responsible for safeguarding the integrity of the credit union’s financial records and operational controls. This independent committee conducts regular reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accountability—protecting both member assets and the institution’s long-term stability.

The Credit Committee
The Credit Committee plays a vital role in UECUL’s lending process, carefully reviewing and approving loan applications in accordance with established policies and risk guidelines. Comprised of knowledgeable and impartial members, the committee ensures that lending decisions are fair, consistent, and aligned with both member needs and the credit union’s financial health.
